Sound Bath Vibe Session are meant to provide a safe space for you to find the rest you seek.
Bring your comfy blanket and your yoga mat for a short restorative sequence to begin and then settle in for a melodic immersive Sound Bath Vibe Session.
This 1hr offering is meant to support and cultivate deep rest and relaxation, relieve anxiety and stress prompting healing and overall wellness through the vibrations of sound.
Feel free to bring journal or any writing utensils you may feel you need. This space is the perfect opportunity for reflection and creative expression should you desire.
