Join Malaika Bonafide at Soul City Yoga for a 90-minute sound bath meditation, held once a month in Lynn and Malden. Experience a calming and restorative class that blends gentle yoga, sound bath meditation, and the transformative energy of the new and full moons.
We’ll begin with a grounding yoga flow to ease tension and bring awareness to the body. Then, immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath to deepen relaxation and connect with your inner peace.
