Yoga movement with Malaika.
All levels are welcome! This class is great for beginners, and experienced yogis alike. This is a guided flow with a focus on stretching and breathing through each yoga pose.
Bring your yoga mat or a towel, wear comfortable clothing for movement.
Class schedule : Mondays 6:30 - 7:30PM7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27, 8/10, 8/24, 8/31*No class 8/3 & 8/17 Rain date 9/1.
