Flow, gather and connect. Enjoy a 45 to 50 min slow flow with plenty of time before and after to gather and share space.
Cambridge native Malaika has been teaching Vinyasa, Restorative and Chair yoga in and around Boston/Cambridge & Somerville since 2015. 500hr Truama Informed certified yoga instructor Malaika offers a Slow Flow yoga style supporting alignment, balance & strength.
Her goal is to offer her students an accessible yoga practice with variations that support and honor where they are both mentally and physically each time they arrive on their yoga mat. Malaika strives to support her students mental and physical health & healing through the practice of yoga, pranayama (breath work), meditation and sound healing.
Bring your yoga mat & water, dress comfortably for movement.
This is a space for BIPOC to join in community to practice yoga together -- please be mindful about honoring this space. If you are not BIPOC, you may join any of our other classes. Thank you. (BIPOC= Black, Indigenous, People Of Color)
