Come join us for a delightful evening at an Autumnal Gathering ! Get ready to immerse yourself in setting intentions for your fall season ahead. Get into your body and breath with restorative yoga and find the cozy vibes of autumn as we discuss the energy of the season and how it shows up in the sky and our bodies. This in-person event will take place on Sun, Sep 24, 2023 at 6:15 pm (Eastern Daylight Time).
Enjoy a sound healing vibe sesson by Malaika, whose crystal bowls will serenade you with soulful melodies that reset your body and mind. Riva will be offering reiki energy healing and guiding an intention ritual to add an additional layer to complement the healing .
We close with light breathwork on this first day of fall, moving into the annual cycle of letting go.
