I am honored to be offering Yoga with Malaika at Dewey Sq. this summer as part of a collaboration with Greenway's 2023 Fitness series as a way to bring communities together in green & public spaces in the city. We meet every other Wednesdays under @problak mural. @ProBlak is both the first local artist and artist of color to display their work in this space. (Find out more about his journey at www.problak.com) This class is an all-level, beginner-friendly Vinyasa yoga class. This slow flow accessible yoga practice focuses on connecting our breath to our bodies and minds in an intentional way. Finding alignment, balance, mobility, stability, and strength with each yoga pose we explore using the city’s vibrant energy as our backdrop and soundtrack. . . *This is a free class offering.
