This New Moon slow flow mindful yoga practice is meant to explore, cultivate and support energies of the New Moon solar eclipse in Aries. Ripe with opportunities for new beginnings directing us towards Self-Mastery & Self-Empowerment. An overall experience of clarity, connection and wellness to benifit us beyond this yoga practice.
We'll flow with a focused intention of finding our individual physical and mental alignment, balance, mobility, stability and strength through the practice yoga.
